It must be almost time to take off...the kids have noted that there is "nothing good to eat in the kitchen", we're putting in our last load of laundry. The bags are packed. The house is almost clean. A few last errands to run and we'll be on our way to the airport. The kids have spent every minute of the 4-day weekend with friends, so as friends head back to school today it will be a little hard. We've rented several movies to help Delaney pass the day.
Last minute random thoughts: we're REALLY going! This will be the last day that I drive a car for 6 months! Will my Polish suffice? What if there are flight delays? WSU classes started yesterday - UMCS classes don't start till Feb 15 (I guess since UMCS finals are in June this is nothing to gloat about).
Your Polish will suffice. Your driving skills return immediately upon sitting behind the wheel when you return. If there are flight delays, you will adjust your plans. So excited for you. Safe travels. Can't wait to follow along!
