Bar-b-que Polish style

We enjoyed a delicious lunch today with my department head.  He invited us for bar-b-que at his house (for Americans, this refers to the preparation: "grilled meat", not the seasoning: spicy sauce-covered meat Kansas City style.)  We tried salmon, turkey, pork and mincemeat - all were excellent. The weather mostly cooperated (it had rained the past few days), and we ate in his back garden and admired his fish pond. (Our family is in total agreement that we've got to get a pond like this!)   Delaney spotted several of the resident frogs and fed the koi.  She also kicked the 'futbol' around a bit with Marek and Adam, then wore one of the cats out chasing a laser pointer!  A very fun and relaxing afternoon.
