Changing of the Guard

I had read in the tour book about the changing of the guards at the Parliament building, but forgot about it once we arrived.  We didn't see them until the very end of the trip because of the crowd of protesters that was always gathered in front of the building.  Very funny shoes (which they sell in the souvenir shops).  As they turn, they step forward, raising their leg straight up and then bending at the knee, then shuffling their foot on the ground and stomping.
