"Bathroom ladies"

In Prague as in many other parts  of Europe, people staff the pay toilets all day long - collecting money and cleaning regularly.  For the most part, these ladies are brusque and apparently grumpy. (I certainly would be if that were my job.)  However, in one castle, the lady on duty was cheerful and pleasant and was making jokes with the people standing in line waiting to go to the bathroom.  She really stood out in my mind because of her attitude!
