Polish "wheat shocks"

We've seen many beautiful "palms" for sale on the streets to help celebrate Palm Sunday today. (Made us think of Marian V. and her beautiful wheat weaving in Kansas!)   Its my understanding that these are burned and used for Ash Wednesday next year.
